Wing Kam Bronze Foundry Co., Ltd is a shareholder controlled enterprise of Shenzhen Wing Kam and an important casting production base of the Shenzhen Wing Kam. Wing Kam started the production of copper-nickel alloy C97600 castings since 2004, also known as white copper alloy, casting process using sand casting process. However, there are technical difficulties in production, such as high melting point of nickel caused difficulty in melting, low melting point of zinc, caused easy combustion, and difficulty in unifying melting temperature in the same furnace, resulting in unstable product quality. Since this year, Wing Kam successfully reached a cooperation intention with new customers in the United States, developing a series of white copper products, and the casting process has changed from sand casting to investment casting process.

Our technical and production personnel have made efforts to research and innovate boldly, combining the melting technology and experience of tin bronze and aluminum bronze, and trying new melting processes. As of October 21, 2024, a batch applicable copper nickel alloy casting process has been successfully tested. The castings produced by this new process have fewer defects, smooth surface and high yield. The product quality has thus stabilized, and the production environment has also been optimized and improved.
